We Need 'Slow' To Be The New Fast in Our Jiu-Jitsu Training!

Speed isn’t fast. In a world filled, even obsessed with immediacy, we invariably miss the nuances of maturity, growth, and mindful presence . These three characteristics,  are essential to fully embrace the experiences we are engaged in.

A Philosophy of Teaching for Performance in a Fight

I had the absolute privilege and honour this past week to work with members from LYNX Commando, a special operations law enforcement unit from the Slovak Republic.
